All products are checked by hand before shipping. We do not take returns unless a product is proven to be faulty from the supplier, Nor do we take responsibility for any damage to the product received in transit. This should be taken up with the couriers firm. By reading this, you accept these conditions.

We accept returns if you have ordered the wrong product, or if you dislike the product, however they must be returned, unopened, in the original packaging with all accompanying items as described on the website.

Conditions of Return

Item(s) should be returned in perfect condition with the original packaging with labels and tags still attached. Make sure the item is not damaged, marked or visibly worn. Do not wash your item(s) or attempt to change them in any way.

The UK Consumer Contract Regulations advise that you have 14 days in which you can cancel your contract for your order in order to receive a full refund including your postage to get the item to you. Our policy is that returns are accepted within 60 days ( Starting November 10th 2022) on items.

After the 60 day period has expired, returns shall not or will not be accepted in any scenario and we are not legally obliged to do so.

Any items that are physically damaged by the user will not be accepted.

Please consider that a lot of 35mm film cameras are over 20, 30, 40, 50 and in some cases 60 years old. Although we have an industry standard professional testing team, cameras of this age, at some point will inevitably go wrong like any mechanical piece of equipment. All of our cameras are fully working when listed on our store and tested and come with a 30 day money back guarantee.

If you are not happy with, or if your item doesn’t suit you or your requirements, we offer a 60 day money back guarantee. In order to activate this, please contact us at with your intention to return the item and SKU number of the item.

Your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it and with any packaging, lenses, user manuals or accessories that accompanied it. All of our items are carefully photographed and examined, with sku numbers recorded when tested and before shipment to the customer. Any attempt to return items fraudulently, damaged, tampered with or claim that they are faulty when they are not, will NOT receive a refund in any scenario and may face legal action. Faults due to snapping features, such as battery door compartments, film winders etc, are not covered and will be classed as accidental damage.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

We often see people trying to fraudulently claim that cameras are broken or faulty, by adding random parts, such as springs, plastic and other miscellaneous objects claiming it has broken off the item. In most cases these are honest faults, however many are not. We will take legal action against any fraudulent behaviour.
