At F16 we ship worldwide to almost any country. Your shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout or alternatively, you can view our shipping rates above. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we can sort it out for you!

EU Shipping Information

*As of 31/03/2022, the below information has not affected many of our customers. Please continue to order as normal, but expect slightly longer shipping times to Mainland Europe due to Covid.*

From December 31st 2020 the United Kingdom will officially leave the European Union. Although a last minute trade deal has now been arranged, parcels being shipped to and from the European Union may experience extended delays due to the new transition period and new rules being put into place, as well as the ongoing disruption from the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Royal Mail have informed us that from midnight on the 31st of December all EU orders will be treated as normal world-wide orders, which means that every parcel will now need customs codes and customs information attached. Due to these new measures, customers who place orders to the European Union may have import fees added to postage upon arrival on the continent. At this moment in time, it is uncertain to whether or not this will happen and in what scenarios.

It is with regret to inform customers that if this occurs, it is out of our control and we CANNOT contribute towards any form of customs or import duty that may apply to your orders upon arrival to your country. It is up to the buyer to research what import tariffs they will face.

When you place an order from us, you only pay for the product and the shipping fee, any additional costs such as import duty are to be paid at your own discretion.

At this moment in time, it does not seem that many F16 customers will be affected by this due to the nature of the products we sell, however we cannot promise or guarantee this.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and hope that the EU and UK can agree new postage systems moving forward.
