The Praktica MTL3 was a 35mm SLR made in East Germany ( part of the former USSR ) by Pentacon between 1978 and 1984. Praktica have recently started to become relatively scarce, so to get one in working order. The camera winds and shoots on all settings as expected. Optically the viewfinder and lens are both clean. A few very tiny specs of dust are visible, but nothing that would ever affect image quality or use.
